Building evidence as deliberately as we build technology.

ReiSpace emerged from years of frontline mental-health experience, but lived experience and professional expertise are only the beginning. We are committed to building an evidence base that examines whether ReiSpace improves how people navigate, connect with, and remain engaged in mental-health support.

Recurring barriers shaped the product questions.

Years of clinical and organizational mental-health work exposed recurring barriers:

Navigation

  • Uncertainty about where to begin

Trust and fit

  • Difficulty finding trusted providers
  • Cultural and language mismatch

Continuity

  • Fragmented navigation
  • Poor continuity between services

Organization

  • Organizational difficulty understanding whether available supports are reaching people effectively

These observations shaped the questions ReiSpace is designed to address.

Research-informed, not research-proven.

ReiSpace draws on existing research in mental-health access, culturally responsive care, workplace mental health, continuity of care, and health-system navigation. Where external research is cited, it provides evidence about the problem or design principle being discussed. It should not be interpreted as evidence that the research institution studied, endorsed, or validated ReiSpace unless explicitly stated.

Building our evidence base

Access and Navigation

Can people find an appropriate pathway to support more easily?

Provider Fit

Does more personalized matching improve people's experience of finding care?

Engagement

Do people begin and continue using appropriate support?

Continuity

What happens before, between, and after formal therapy?

Organizational Value

Can organizations better understand and strengthen their mental-health infrastructure while protecting individual privacy?

Research collaboration

ReiSpace is developing relationships with researchers and academic institutions interested in evaluating mental-health access, equity, navigation, organizational wellbeing, and technology-enabled care. Formal institutional partners and research projects will be identified here as agreements, research roles, and permissions are finalized.

Early commercial evidence

  • Organizational mental-health engagements
  • Structured customer discovery
  • Practitioner engagement
  • Organizational pilot and partnership pathways
  • Research relationships
  • Feedback from prospective users, clinicians, and organizational decision-makers

These are indicators of early validation, not claims of product-market fit or proven clinical outcomes.

As pilot and platform data become available, we intend to distinguish clearly between industry research, ReiSpace operational data, pilot findings, and independently evaluated outcomes.
